IEC电机标准

国际电工委员会(International Electrotechnical Commission),简称IEC。IEC成立于1906年,至今已有90多年的历史。它是世界上成立最早的国际性电工标准化机构,负责有关电气工程和电子工程领域中的国际标准化工作。IEC下设95个技术委员会,80个分技术委员会。
IEC的95个技术委员会中,从事电机相关标准研究与制定的技术委员会为旋转机械技术委员会,其代号为TC2。TC2主要从事旋转机械性能、测试等标准的制定,对旋转机械自身的用电电压、输出功率和尺寸没有明确的限制。但是,TC9(铁路电气设施技术委员会)涵盖的牵引电机、TC69(电动汽车和电动工业卡车技术委员会)涵盖的电机、小汽车和商用车使用的电机以及空间飞行器使用的电机的相关标准的制定不在TC2的工作范围。
